Session Description

This hands-on workshop will guide participants in developing efficient workflows that leverage large language models to draft, refine, and format high-yield educational scripts for learners across the medical education continuum. The session will review current AI text-to-speech and voice-cloning technologies, emphasizing both their practical applications and the ethical considerations associated with generating synthetic audio, including podcasts, for clinical education. Together, these approaches will support the creation of more efficient, innovative, and ethically responsible educational content.

Objectives

  • Formulate a streamlined workflow that integrates large language models (LLMs) to draft, edit, and format high-yield educational scripts for learners.
  • Evaluate current AI text-to-speech and voice cloning technologies to determine their efficacy.
  • Recognize ethical implications in creating synthetic audio for clinical education.
