Objectives

Below are the objectives for the Education Grand Rounds (specific session objectives will follow prior to the session).

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  • Apply various methods of adult learning theory to teaching health professionals.
  • Use various teaching strategies appropriately matched to the knowledge, attitudes and skills to be taught.
  • Provide effective and efficient learner feedback and evaluation.
  • Develop skills in educational research sufficient to propose, conduct, analyze and present scholarship.
